PRIVACY POLICY INFORMATION NOTE

Dear User, in accordance with art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Law") as last amended and integrated, we inform you of the following:

I.Your personal details as supplied to WMATY Glocal S.r.l. owner of WHAT'S MORE ALIVE THAN YOU brand, when compiling the registration form in this webpage will be processed both automatically and manually via controlled access and in compliance with the confidentiality requirements and provisions as set forth in the Privacy Law;

II. The Privacy Law defines the act of processing personal data as any action or group of actions performed with or without the support of electronic or automated means which aims at collecting, organizing, storing, processing, altering, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, distributing, cancelling, and distributing those data;

III. Your data will be processed for purposes connected with or ancillary to WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s conduction of business, including filing in WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s database, processing and managing contacts, notably in order to:

A. fulfil legal obligations connected to civil, tax or accountancy provisions;

B. enable users to access WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s website for purposes strictly connected to the output of online services and particularly to respond to users' enquiries within WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s scope of business;

IV. Your supply of registration data for the purposes set forth under A and B above is compulsory. By failure to supply them WMATY Glocal S.r.l. will not be able to forward the required services. Your supply of registration data pertaining to C and D above is optional, although failure to provide them will prevent you from being informed about WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s promotional activities.

V. Once collected in our database, your data can be forwarded to the following:

A. any people who might access them as WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s managers or authorised people, including employees of administrative, commercial, production, or technical offices.

B. Mother companies, affiliates and subsidiaries;

C. WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s partners, for market research purposes;

D. Companies performing ancillary activities;

In all other cases, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

VII. Your personal data are processed via safety and confidentiality preserving tools as provided by the Privacy Law, with access controlled by and limited to authorised people. Your personal data will be stored in WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s own database located at its registered seat in Padua, Italy, Viale dell'Industria, 21, 35129 as long as established by the law.

VIII. Users' rights. You can exercise your rights as provided by art. 7 of the Privacy Law by writing to the above address for the attention of WMATY Glocal S.r.l.'s legal representative. Notably, you are entitled to obtain information about the presence, content and origin of your personal data at all times, verify their correctness or ask for integration, updating, or rectification. In observance of the same article of the Privacy Law you are entitled to ask for cancellation, conversion into an anonymous form or blocking of your personal data if processing has breached any law, or to oppose to such processing for legitimate reasons.

Furthermore, if you consent to the sending of promotional materials, you can object to such processing at any time, free of charge, requesting the deletion of your data from the mailing list by selecting the link unsubscribe that you will find in any communication or by writing to the Head Office as indicated in above.
